MY STORY<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019ve worked my whole life.
Sometimes as an employee, sometimes running my own business.
I supported my family, handled problems when they came, and somehow always managed to climb back out of difficult situations.
Now, getting close to 60, I realized something:
I don\u2019t want to spend the rest of my life just surviving.
I\u2019m not going to make up some Hollywood story about growing up with seven siblings sleeping in one bed while everyone wet themselves.
Although\u2026 looking back, I was already pretty good at competitive swimming at the age of two. \ud83d\ude04
Life gave me good moments and hard ones too.
I worked a lot, sacrificed a lot, and now I simply want to reorganize my life a little.
That\u2019s why I started this project.
I want to build a new business, create something of my own again \u2014 something that still gives me motivation, energy, and a reason to wake up excited.
I\u2019m not asking for pity.
I\u2019m not raising money for luxury cars.
I just want one more real chance to build something meaningful.

Made from local wheat and quality ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There will be traditional egg pasta, naturally vegan products, and special flavors too \u2014 like tomato and spinach pasta made with real ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I know it will be a long journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But every big thing starts with one small step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019ll document the entire project step by step:
the ideas, the experiments, the mistakes, the progress\u2026 everything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not asking for pity.
Not raising money for luxury cars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just trying to create one more real chance to build something meaningful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I believe that things made locally still have real value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m not thinking about mass production,
but about real ingredients, smaller batches, and quality products made with care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My goal is to build a small artisan pasta workshop,
using local wheat and quality ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
